Who are some potential early Technical Partners?

We’re initially focusing on the core layer [decentralized ocaps] and enough of the UI/Agency to produce a fully decentralized social chat app (with petnames, capability messaging, etc.)

Besides Agoric, who should we connect with about becoming technical (development) partners in this effort?

I’d love to talk about producing decentralized prototypes, I have started several chat projects on my github that might be a great starting place.
