Is it fully compatible with it?
In specific, can I use SRFI 110 and 197 with it?
Hoot is not fully compatible with Guile, but that it is the long term goal. I have not tried using SRFI 110 or 197, but my experience has been that most SRFIs require implementing some missing pieces.
