I find “authority amplification” intuitive in a way that “rights amplification” wasn’t. It makes sense that Capability Composition can lead to Authority Amplification, a powerful effect with potentially dangerous consequences.
Another related term is “leverage”, which could be understood through a mechanical, financial, or social/political metaphor. That might be useful for communicating with a broader audience.
