There are acknowledged “conundrums” when creating capability system are multiple ways to address each problem, but each decision is a point of potential interoperability challenges with other ocap implementations.

Each thread in this subcategory is intended to flesh out the technical definition of the conundrum, provide any research/discussion threads that outline various solutions and their tradeoffs, highlight any social and/or economic effects of each solution option, and ultimately lead to a selection for the Spritely Institute design.
